My name is Diona Osterman-Api and I am a single mom to Raylen, 22, Lauren, 20, and Ava, 14.
I have worked as a special education teacher for Autism Spectrum Disorders at the Setting IV school of Lakes Country Academy for the past four years. Lauren (who is on the autism spectrum) and Ava live with me here in Fergus Falls.
We are all excited and grateful to be a part of the Habitat for Humanity family after not being sure we would ever have a forever home for so long. We look forward to being hands-on contributors to building our home and giving back to the community of Fergus Falls through fellowship, advocacy, and the sense of belonging and security that Habitat for Humanity has offered us!
