Construction Volunteer Liability Form

Thank you for volunteering with Fergus Falls Area Habitat for Humanity! Volunteers are the backbone to our organization.

Once per calendar year, prior to volunteering, you will need to fill out the Volunteer Liability Form.

18 years old or older?

  1. Read the "Volunteer Agreement, Release and Waiver of Liability" document below.

  2. Fill out and submit the Over 18 Volunteer Waiver Form below.

  1. Read the "Volunteer Agreement, Release and Waiver of Liability" document at the top of this page.

  2. Read the "Under 18 Volunteer Signature Form" document below.

  3. Fill out and submit the Under 18 Volunteer Waiver Form below.
